Swarm Removal Services
Swarms happen when bee's run out of space in the hive and the old queen leaves the hive and takes about half of the worker bee's wit her. We love catching swarms! It's one of the most rewarding parts of beekeeping. If you find a swarm, please give us a call!
Hive Removal Services
Bee's are wild insects that we try to manage and "keep" for our purposes. That's why there is no telling where a swarm might decided to make their new home. This is what making removal's so complicated. A hive could be in the soffit of a house, in a chimney, a hollow tree, in a concrete block wall, in a traditionally framed wall, etc.
This is what makes bee removals (cut-outs) such a challenge. When work becomes challenging it also becomes a special skill and requires special tools to make the job a success.
Beekeeper Mentoring
When I started beekeeping, I struggled a lot with finding help. I didn't know what I was getting into or how to be successful. It was very disheartening to say the least. I always said I would make it a priority to be a mentor to anyone wanting to get into beekeeping. That's why I always tell people when they say they want to get into bee's, "come spend a day with me before you make that investment."
